Send the drawing, mating-pair information and operating context you already have. Unknown items can be marked for review. Do not guess dimensions simply to make the form look complete.
A useful enquiry explains the pair and the assembly in the same package
If you have a controlled drawing, attach it with the current revision. If the project is a replacement, include the mating gear, photos before disassembly and measurements from the housing or bearing references that locate the pair.
For a new design, tell us which values are fixed and which items are open for manufacturing review. This is especially useful for material, heat treatment, tooth finish and inspection scope.

For faster review, use a file name that includes the drawing or part reference and revision. If several gears belong to one assembly, identify the mating pairs in the message rather than sending unrelated files with similar names.

برای برنامهریزی درخواست قیمت، حداقل مقدار سفارش (MOQ) انعطافپذیر است و به شکل محصول، مسیر پردازش و ارزش کلی سفارش بستگی دارد. پروژههای جدید مناسب ممکن است برای ۱ تا ۵ قطعه نمونه با قیمت نمونه بررسی شوند. وقتی کل سفارش به حدود ۱۵۰۰ دلار آمریکا رسید، میتوان مدلهای مختلف را با هم ترکیب کرد. سفارشهای ۱ تا ۲ قطعه نیز میتوانند در نظر گرفته شوند، که معمولاً با هزینه واحد بالاتر همراه هستند زیرا راهاندازی و بازرسی در تعداد بسیار کمی انجام میشود.
برای درخواست برنامهریزی تحویل پیشفاکتور، بازههای زمانی معمول برای قطعات استاندارد ۱۰ تا ۲۵ روز کاری، برای اجزای سفارشی ۲۰ تا ۴۵ روز کاری و برای تجهیزات یا مجموعههای پروژهای ۴۵ تا ۱۲۰ روز کاری است. EXW، FOB، CIF و DAP معمولاً پشتیبانی میشوند؛ FCA، CFR، CPT، CIP و DDP را میتوان برای محموله و مقصد خاص مورد بحث قرار داد.

Use the form for drawings, part references, quantity, operating information and questions. If a technical value is not known, write “unknown / please review” instead of estimating it.
