A useful enquiry explains the pair and the assembly in the same package
If you have a controlled drawing, attach it with the current revision. If the project is a replacement, include the mating gear, photos before disassembly and measurements from the housing or bearing references that locate the pair.
For a new design, tell us which values are fixed and which items are open for manufacturing review. This is especially useful for material, heat treatment, tooth finish and inspection scope.

For faster review, use a file name that includes the drawing or part reference and revision. If several gears belong to one assembly, identify the mating pairs in the message rather than sending unrelated files with similar names.
Planowanie komercyjne dla Twojego zapytania ofertowego
W przypadku planowania zapytań ofertowych, minimalna ilość zamówienia (MOQ) jest elastyczna i zależy od formy produktu, ścieżki przetwarzania oraz całkowitej wartości zamówienia. Odpowiednie nowe projekty mogą być testowane na podstawie 1–5 próbek w cenie próbnej. Różne modele można łączyć, gdy łączna wartość zamówienia osiągnie około 1500 USD. Możliwe jest również zamówienie 1–2 sztuk, zazwyczaj przy wyższym koszcie jednostkowym, ponieważ montaż i kontrola są rozłożone na bardzo małą liczbę sztuk.
W przypadku planowania dostawy z wyceną, typowe okna czasowe wynoszą 10–25 dni roboczych dla części standardowych, 20–45 dni roboczych dla komponentów niestandardowych i 45–120 dni roboczych dla urządzeń lub zespołów projektowych. Najczęściej obsługiwane są dostawy EXW, FOB, CIF i DAP; FCA, CFR, CPT, CIP i DDP można omówić dla konkretnej przesyłki i miejsca docelowego.

Use the form for drawings, part references, quantity, operating information and questions. If a technical value is not known, write “unknown / please review” instead of estimating it.
