Send the drawing, mating-pair information and operating context you already have. Unknown items can be marked for review. Do not guess dimensions simply to make the form look complete.
A useful enquiry explains the pair and the assembly in the same package
If you have a controlled drawing, attach it with the current revision. If the project is a replacement, include the mating gear, photos before disassembly and measurements from the housing or bearing references that locate the pair.
For a new design, tell us which values are fixed and which items are open for manufacturing review. This is especially useful for material, heat treatment, tooth finish and inspection scope.

The commercial offer is prepared around the confirmed scope, quantity and destination.

For faster review, use a file name that includes the drawing or part reference and revision. If several gears belong to one assembly, identify the mating pairs in the message rather than sending unrelated files with similar names.

Para o planejamento de orçamentos, a quantidade mínima de pedido (MOQ) é flexível e depende do formato do produto, do processo de fabricação e do valor total do pedido. Novos projetos adequados podem ser analisados para 1 a 5 peças de amostra, com preços especiais para amostras. Diferentes modelos podem ser combinados quando o valor total do pedido atingir aproximadamente USD 1.500. Pedidos de 1 a 2 peças também podem ser considerados, geralmente com um custo unitário mais alto, pois a preparação e a inspeção são distribuídas em uma quantidade muito pequena.
Para solicitar um orçamento e planejar a entrega, os prazos típicos são de 10 a 25 dias úteis para peças padrão, de 20 a 45 dias úteis para componentes personalizados e de 45 a 120 dias úteis para equipamentos ou conjuntos de projetos especiais. Os termos EXW, FOB, CIF e DAP são comumente aceitos; FCA, CFR, CPT, CIP e DDP podem ser discutidos para cada remessa e destino específicos.

Use the form for drawings, part references, quantity, operating information and questions. If a technical value is not known, write “unknown / please review” instead of estimating it.
