Send the drawing, mating-pair information and operating context you already have. Unknown items can be marked for review. Do not guess dimensions simply to make the form look complete.
A useful enquiry explains the pair and the assembly in the same package
If you have a controlled drawing, attach it with the current revision. If the project is a replacement, include the mating gear, photos before disassembly and measurements from the housing or bearing references that locate the pair.
For a new design, tell us which values are fixed and which items are open for manufacturing review. This is especially useful for material, heat treatment, tooth finish and inspection scope.

For faster review, use a file name that includes the drawing or part reference and revision. If several gears belong to one assembly, identify the mating pairs in the message rather than sending unrelated files with similar names.
Commerciële planning voor uw offerteaanvraag
Voor het aanvragen van een offerte is de minimale bestelhoeveelheid (MOQ) flexibel en afhankelijk van de productvorm, de productieroute en de totale orderwaarde. Geschikte nieuwe projecten kunnen worden beoordeeld aan de hand van 1 tot 5 proefexemplaren tegen een proefprijs. Verschillende modellen kunnen worden gecombineerd wanneer de totale orderwaarde ongeveer USD 1.500 bedraagt. Bestellingen van 1 tot 2 stuks kunnen ook worden overwogen, meestal tegen een hogere kostprijs per stuk omdat de instel- en inspectiekosten over een zeer kleine hoeveelheid worden verdeeld.
Voor een offerteaanvraag en levertijdplanning zijn de gebruikelijke levertijden 10-25 werkdagen voor standaardonderdelen, 20-45 werkdagen voor maatwerkcomponenten en 45-120 werkdagen voor projectapparatuur of -assemblages. EXW, FOB, CIF en DAP worden veelvuldig ondersteund; FCA, CFR, CPT, CIP en DDP kunnen worden besproken afhankelijk van de specifieke zending en bestemming.
RFQ form
Use the form for drawings, part references, quantity, operating information and questions. If a technical value is not known, write “unknown / please review” instead of estimating it.
