Send the drawing, mating-pair information and operating context you already have. Unknown items can be marked for review. Do not guess dimensions simply to make the form look complete.
A useful enquiry explains the pair and the assembly in the same package
If you have a controlled drawing, attach it with the current revision. If the project is a replacement, include the mating gear, photos before disassembly and measurements from the housing or bearing references that locate the pair.
For a new design, tell us which values are fixed and which items are open for manufacturing review. This is especially useful for material, heat treatment, tooth finish and inspection scope.

Material route, tooth finishing, heat treatment and inspection are aligned to the ordered requirement.
4. Quote
The commercial offer is prepared around the confirmed scope, quantity and destination.

For faster review, use a file name that includes the drawing or part reference and revision. If several gears belong to one assembly, identify the mating pairs in the message rather than sending unrelated files with similar names.
Kommersiell planlegging for din RFQ
For planlegging av forespørsler om pristilbud er MOQ fleksibel og avhenger av produktform, behandlingsrute og total ordreverdi. Egnede nye prosjekter kan vurderes for 1–5 prøvestykker til prøvepris. Ulike modeller kan kombineres når den totale ordresummen når omtrent USD 1500. Bestillinger på 1–2 stykker kan også vurderes, vanligvis til en høyere enhetskostnad fordi oppsett og inspeksjon er spredt over en svært liten mengde.
For leveringsplanlegging med forespørsel om pristilbud er typiske vinduer 10–25 virkedager for standarddeler, 20–45 virkedager for tilpassede komponenter og 45–120 virkedager for prosjektutstyr eller sammenstillinger. EXW, FOB, CIF og DAP støttes vanligvis; FCA, CFR, CPT, CIP og DDP kan diskuteres for den spesifikke forsendelsen og destinasjonen.

Use the form for drawings, part references, quantity, operating information and questions. If a technical value is not known, write “unknown / please review” instead of estimating it.
