Send the drawing, mating-pair information and operating context you already have. Unknown items can be marked for review. Do not guess dimensions simply to make the form look complete.
A useful enquiry explains the pair and the assembly in the same package
If you have a controlled drawing, attach it with the current revision. If the project is a replacement, include the mating gear, photos before disassembly and measurements from the housing or bearing references that locate the pair.
For a new design, tell us which values are fixed and which items are open for manufacturing review. This is especially useful for material, heat treatment, tooth finish and inspection scope.

Material route, tooth finishing, heat treatment and inspection are aligned to the ordered requirement.

The commercial offer is prepared around the confirmed scope, quantity and destination.

For faster review, use a file name that includes the drawing or part reference and revision. If several gears belong to one assembly, identify the mating pairs in the message rather than sending unrelated files with similar names.
Kommersiell planering för din offertförfrågan
För offertförfrågningar är MOQ flexibel och beror på produktform, bearbetningsväg och totalt ordervärde. Lämpliga nya projekt kan granskas för 1–5 provstycken till provpris. Olika modeller kan kombineras när ordersumman uppgår till cirka 1 500 USD. Beställningar på 1–2 stycken kan också övervägas, vanligtvis till en högre enhetskostnad eftersom uppställning och inspektion är utspridda över en mycket liten kvantitet.
För leveransplanering med offertförfrågan är typiska fönster 10–25 arbetsdagar för standarddelar, 20–45 arbetsdagar för kundanpassade komponenter och 45–120 arbetsdagar för projektliknande utrustning eller monteringar. EXW, FOB, CIF och DAP stöds vanligtvis; FCA, CFR, CPT, CIP och DDP kan diskuteras för den specifika leveransen och destinationen.

Use the form for drawings, part references, quantity, operating information and questions. If a technical value is not known, write “unknown / please review” instead of estimating it.
