A useful enquiry explains the pair and the assembly in the same package
If you have a controlled drawing, attach it with the current revision. If the project is a replacement, include the mating gear, photos before disassembly and measurements from the housing or bearing references that locate the pair.
For a new design, tell us which values are fixed and which items are open for manufacturing review. This is especially useful for material, heat treatment, tooth finish and inspection scope.

For faster review, use a file name that includes the drawing or part reference and revision. If several gears belong to one assembly, identify the mating pairs in the message rather than sending unrelated files with similar names.

Untuk perencanaan permintaan penawaran, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) bersifat fleksibel dan bergantung pada bentuk produk, jalur pemrosesan, dan nilai pesanan keseluruhan. Proyek baru yang sesuai dapat ditinjau untuk 1–5 sampel dengan harga sampel. Model yang berbeda dapat dikombinasikan ketika total pesanan mencapai sekitar USD 1.500. Use the form for drawings, part references, quantity, operating information and questions. If a technical value is not known, write “unknown / please review” instead of estimating it.
