A useful enquiry explains the pair and the assembly in the same package
If you have a controlled drawing, attach it with the current revision. If the project is a replacement, include the mating gear, photos before disassembly and measurements from the housing or bearing references that locate the pair.
For a new design, tell us which values are fixed and which items are open for manufacturing review. This is especially useful for material, heat treatment, tooth finish and inspection scope.

For faster review, use a file name that includes the drawing or part reference and revision. If several gears belong to one assembly, identify the mating pairs in the message rather than sending unrelated files with similar names.
Planification commerciale pour votre demande de devis
Pour toute demande de devis, la quantité minimale de commande (MOQ) est flexible et dépend du type de produit, du procédé de fabrication et du montant total de la commande. Les nouveaux projets peuvent être étudiés pour 1 à 5 échantillons à un prix préférentiel. Différents modèles peuvent être combinés lorsque le total de la commande atteint environ 1 500 USD. Les commandes de 1 à 2 pièces sont également envisageables, généralement à un coût unitaire plus élevé, car les frais de mise en place et de contrôle sont concentrés sur une très petite quantité.
Pour toute demande de devis, les délais de livraison sont généralement de 10 à 25 jours ouvrés pour les pièces standard, de 20 à 45 jours ouvrés pour les composants sur mesure et de 45 à 120 jours ouvrés pour les équipements ou assemblages spécifiques à un projet. Les incoterms EXW, FOB, CIF et DAP sont couramment proposés ; les incoterms FCA, CFR, CPT, CIP et DDP peuvent être discutés en fonction de l’expédition et de la destination.
RFQ form
Use the form for drawings, part references, quantity, operating information and questions. If a technical value is not known, write “unknown / please review” instead of estimating it.
