CNC Machine Tools
Right-angle drives and positioning mechanisms where mounting stiffness and backlash matter.
Application guidance →For projects destined for Italy, define whether the enquiry is a one-off customized component, a prototype for machine development or a repeat-production item. That distinction helps the quotation reflect setup and inspection correctly.

Machine building, industrial gearboxes and automation can use several spiral bevel configurations, from miter sets to heavy-duty pairs and integrated pinion shafts.
Send the assembly relationship with the production drawing. If the gearbox or machine housing is already fixed, identify the bearing and mounting surfaces that the new pair must fit.

| Information group | Recommended content |
|---|---|
| Drawing control | Current revision, original units, mating member reference and any approved change notes |
| Gear pair | Ratio/tooth counts, hand, shaft angle, mounting distance/backlash and pair identity |
| Interfaces | Bore, keyway, spline, shaft, bearing and housing datums that locate the component |
| Duty | Speed, torque/load spectrum, reversals, shock, operating environment and lubrication |
| Quality | Required tooth finish, applicable acceptance criteria and inspection records |
| Commercial | Prototype/repeat quantities, sample need, destination and preferred Incoterm |
For a Italian OEM or replacement drawing, keep controlled dimensions in the original unit system and show conversions only as a communication aid. When an old part number or sample is used for identification, add current measurements and mating-pair data so the quotation is not dependent on a legacy reference alone.
For custom work, the accepted drawing revision remains the clearest way to control the ordered configuration.

Replacement spiral bevel gear work begins by separating original design information from service wear. A damaged tooth, distorted bore or shifted contact pattern can describe the failure, but…

A heavy-duty spiral bevel gear pair should be reviewed from the complete operating duty. Peak load, continuous load, shock events, reversals, bearing support and lubrication can all matter…

Integrating the spiral bevel pinion with a shaft reduces separate joints, but it makes bearing journals, shoulders, splines, threads and tooth datums part of one manufacturing problem. The…

A spiral miter gear set uses equal tooth counts to transmit motion between intersecting shafts without intentionally changing speed ratio. Equal ratio simplifies one part of the selection,…

Ground spiral bevel gears require more than adding a grinding operation to a normal gear. The datum scheme, pre-grind geometry, heat treatment, grinding allowance and final inspection have…

A custom spiral bevel gear set is built around project-specific geometry rather than a public stock table. The useful definition includes both members of the pair, the axis…
View configuration →For request a quote planning, MOQ is flexible and depends on product form, processing route and overall order value. Suitable new projects may be reviewed for 1–5 sample pieces at sample pricing. Different models can be combined when the order total reaches about USD 1,500. Orders of 1–2 pieces can also be considered, usually at a higher unit cost because setup and inspection are spread across a very small quantity.
For request a quote delivery planning, typical windows are 10–25 working days for standard parts, 20–45 working days for customized components and 45–120 working days for project-type equipment or assemblies. EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP are commonly supported; FCA, CFR, CPT, CIP and DDP can be discussed for the specific shipment and destination.
The more clearly the mating relationship and assembly datums are defined, the faster the configuration can be reviewed.
