The manufacturing route is planned around the controlled drawing and the acceptance method. The aim is to keep blank datums, heat-treatment condition, tooth finishing and final inspection connected rather than treating them as isolated operations.<\/p>\n

Inspection scope should be agreed before production<\/h2>\n

Not every part needs the same report. A replacement pair may depend on contact, mounting geometry and dimensional comparison with a sample. A drawing-controlled production part may call for a defined gear quality standard, runout, bore or spline checks and material\/heat-treatment records. Put these expectations into the RFQ so they can be included in the route and quotation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
